Your comfort is assured with a large sectional sofa, soft blankets and pillows, and beds fitted with crisp linens and plush comforters. Enjoy a Smart TV and wireless internet while curled up on the sectional. Or get completely unplugged while playing cards or board games, lounging on the deck, or cooking up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The home offers guests low-key relaxation in a very clean, calm environment with lots of light. The main floor includes an open kitchen, dining area, and living area that opens up to a covered balcony. There is a small covered balcony off the kitchen as well that has a propane grill. The living room has a gas fireplace, large flat screen smart TV with cable, and an X-box 360 for some additional entertainment. Make sure to bring your own games! The main floor also has a half bath just off the kitchen. The Krabby Paddy easily sleeps 6 guests. All 3 bedrooms are located on the top floor. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a bathroom with a tub just right for soaking after a long day at the beach. The balcony just off the master bedroom is perfect for enjoying the sunset while sipping on a glass of wine. There are two additional bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed and another with two twin beds. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway with a shower/tub combo. The washer and dryer is conveniently located on the top floor as well. Because it has ample space for six guests, this home is a perfect place to bring your family or a few friends to take a relaxing beach vacation. Spend your mornings walking on the beach (just minutes away), then take your time exploring the charming village of Oceanside with it's laid-back attitude and check out the neighboring town of Netarts which has some of the best crabbing and clamming on the coast! ** No Dog Allowed ** Note: Your nightly rate includes damage insurance should anything accidentally break or get ruined during your stay. ** Note: I send out a rental acknowledgment to sign electronically after a booking is made.
