A minimum $500 cleaning fee applies for violations. Fireworks are not allowed anywhere on the property. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Large gatherings, outdoor sleeping, tents, parties, weddings, DJs, or any amplified music are not permitted. Visitor counts may not exceed twice the overnight occupancy, and unauthorized events may result in a $2,500 fee and cancellation of stay without refund. Pets are not allowed in this home. Only designated homes are pet-friendly. Unauthorized pets, including Emotional Support or Comfort Animals, will result in a $500 fee. Each home includes four parking spaces: two in the garage and two in the driveway. Any additional vehicles can be accommodated in our designated overflow parking lots. Any photography or video production intended for public or commercial use requires written approval from Vacation Rentals at Sand Hollow Resort. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, and repair costs will be charged to the registered guest’s card.
