It can be cleaned and make useable for large groups & functions. The access to the house is from back entrance door where the key box is located and back and front entrance door keys are kept. Once vacationers book for reservation,. we will provide the code number of key box. In addition security alarm system key board is located on the right side cabinet soon after you enter from the back door entrance, usually it is deactivated during the vacationers stay for easy access. There is a pet fee of $60 per pet and any day time guests will be charged additional fee. Other things to note Additional electric space heaters are provided throughout the house. All the bath rooms and game room is provided with wall mounted electric heaters. All bed rooms are provided with portable electric heaters in addition to central heating system. Main bed room suite and small bed room and Jacuzzi area is heated by electric ductless heating system. Remaining main house is heated with oil heating system. During summer months, whole house will be air conditioned.
