Walking distance to bars, restaurants, IceCream, FISHING pier and shops! We are located in a beautiful well kept neighborhood, great for people who want all the convenience and excitement nearby, yet having a luxury well appointed beach house to chill in peace, privacy, and relaxation surrounded with the Outer Banks' wonderful nature. Great location for everyone's interests. We are at the end of a beautiful well maintained road (No thru Traffic!) in Old Nags Head Place, where there is plenty of parking and easy turn around for your boat trailer, safe for bike riding. Jockeys Ridge State Park is a very short walk across the bypass. You can watch the sunset over the park and town from our decks! We do have a small glimpse of the ocean from the top decks We will provide beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and a beach cart wagon to load up and get you there! We have an additional fishing beach and pier cart for all the fisher people to conveniently load up your poles, cooler, and everything you need to fish. You do have to provide your own personal fishing gear, but we will happily accommodate your family or fishing buddies with a secured area to clean and set up. Our kitchen is fully loaded with all cookware for anyone who wants to joyfully cook up your catch. We have a ground level kitchenette with all your grilling needs and supplies with a picnic area and gas grill easily accessed right out the door. Oregon Inlet is a few miles down the road. Our closest beach access is 2 blocks, and is ideal for surf fishing, swimming, sunning, very dog friendly, beach games, ice cream across the street! Snack stands, beach shops..all walking distance! The Nags Head Fishing Pier is 3 short blocks from the house! Fenced in yard with a private heated pool, family game room with ping pong and foosball, covered decks, sun decks, HOT TUB Our home is nestled in nature where it offers all the peace, relaxation and serenity, yet, you only need to leave the gates and you are steps away to all the excitement and liveliness of Nags Head! Guest access You can walk everywhere you need to be! Beaches, Bars, restaurants, parks, nightlife, day life and the best ice cream place on the beach! Surf and Spoon.. Explore the neighborhood! Make yourself at home during your stay. This is our own personal family owned and operated beach house. There are 5 bedrooms, all with their own private bath, an upper level living room, dining and kitchen area with top level decking and screened porch. This is where you can a get the glimpse of the ocean peaks and waves on the horizon. There is a fully equipped rec room on the ground level with it's own kitchenette, laundry room. This all leads out to the pool and huge yard, all fenced in. There is plenty of secured storage area around the house where you can keep any valuable equipment secured such as bikes, fishing gear, etc. Driveway in front that will easily park 5 medium sized vehicles. If you will have more cars, please confirm this with us prior to check in. The house will accommodate 8-10 adults and up to 12-14 guests with kids. This is the suggested maximum allowed, however, if you have a bunch of kids, just let me know ahead of time. We can provide extra accommodations for kids!. We are on the 2nd block from the Beach Road, but we are considered 3rd Row. You will have access to all of the unlocked space in our home. Please respect the few areas that are locked, as it is our personal space. Other things to note There are 3 Blink security cameras on the property. One pointed in the direction of the front driveway toward the road. A 2nd camera is pointed to the exit and entry gate in the back toward the road. A 3rd one is pointed in the direction of the side exit and entry gate toward end of culdesac. There are no recording devices inside or pointed toward any personal space. Live feed only. Absolutely no recording takes place while home is occupied. Please notify me immediately if you see something that shouldn't be there! Do not over use the energy sources, turn off lights when not in use, keep doors and windows closed when running the AC or heat, make sure faucets and water are turned off when not using. Stay off your phones!! Break away from social media, and enjoy reality as it is. Do unto others, Love thy neighbor, Don’t yell at your kids.. they’re on vacation too! Keep a close watch over them at all times to keep them safe! If they make a mess., no problem .. you can always clean that up .. You might want to join in on their fun! Take care of our place! Be kind to my housekeeper. Keep in mind that it’s someone’s mother and grandmother who have so thoughtfully prepared and cleaned that whole house for you to enjoy… and know that they will be back after you check out. So.. clean up as if it will be your own grandmother and mom coming in after you leave. Enjoy all the good stuff and keep the happy vibes going. It doesn’t have to be perfect to be wonderful!
