Vacation Studio in Clermont Near Disney/Universal

The space We’re located in a beautiful part of central Florida, where country meets city. Come enjoy our Quiet, Recently remodeled guest suite located under 40 minutes of Walt Disney world, Universal Studios and SeaWorld. Perfect for a small family visiting the area looking for a nice place to stay. We have everything you need to make you feel like your on vacation, with a “small piece of home”. The suite is furnished with a queen sized bed, full size refrigerator/ freezer, and small kitchenette. There is room for a small pack and play if needed as well. We provide towels, some kitchen utensils, and small appliances, along with bath supplies (ie. shampoo, conditioner, soap). Laundry and trash will be collected upon request, Fresh towels will also be provided upon request. All laundry is washed, with Lysol laundry sanitizer to ensure a higher level of sanitation between guests. WiFi is provided for general browsing purposes. Speed, and streaming capabilities are not guaranteed. We are willing and able to add and air mattress if needed at an additional nominal rate. The suite is attached to the garage, with a completely separate entrance. The main house is behind the suite, where the owners reside, along with 2 kids, and 2 very friendly black labs. The suite is detached from the main residence. The pool is not accessible to guest. Please feel free to make your self at home in our guest suite, and enjoy all the area has to offer! We are also open to local guests for a small get away, or business professionals here for work. Guest access Unit only
