The home boasts a spacious open plan living, dining, kitchen area with vaulted ceilings. Large windows allow an abundance of natural light in. There is a study nook in the dining area and a separate lounge/TV media room, with a gas fireplace, that can be closed off from the heart of the home. The fully equipped, well appointed kitchen is a cook’s delight, and includes large kitchen benchtops to work or entertain from and a butlers pantry to hide away any mess. A large deck runs along the front & side of the home, providing a lovely covered outdoor seating area for relaxation and entertaining. At the end of the day, enjoy a glass of wine in comfort on the deck and savour the peace and quiet of the beautiful gardens, gazing at the stunning mountain scenery. Two of the bedrooms offer comfortable new super king beds (the third has a comfortable new king bed) and the master includes an ensuite and WIR. The master bedroom is set apart from the other bedrooms in its own wing, and offers access to the outdoor deck area by way of sliding doors. The other two bedrooms look out the back, where there is a small adjacent grassed area so no close neighbours, through large floor-to-ceiling windows. The bathroom, ensuite and powder room are all modern, clean, light, and airy. Further conveniences are the full laundry and garage space.
