The space Apartment 1 is a charming two-bedroom, one-bathroom residence situated on the first floor of the St. Nicholas Court building, offering all the modern comforts you desire. Located in the scenic Xlendi Bay, this lovely flat is a welcome addition to our collection of accommodations. Access to the apartment is via the garage and main stairs, with the front door opening into the fully equipped kitchen. Ahead, there's a small shaft that adds to the apartment's character. The kitchen boasts all necessary appliances and utensils, making it perfect for preparing meals at home. A dining table with chairs is conveniently placed nearby, perfect for enjoying a meal while watching a movie on the wall-mounted 32" screen. To the left of the kitchen, you'll find the main bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror—bright and functional for your convenience. Continuing through the corridor leads to the first bedroom, featuring two single beds concealed by a full-length curtain, along with a drawer for neatly organizing clothes. The main bedroom offers a spacious double bed and a large wardrobe for your storage needs. Adjacent to this room is a cozy nook with a child's crib and a reading chair, ideal for relaxing without disturbing your partner. A private balcony extends from the main bedroom, providing a peaceful outdoor space to enjoy fresh air and tranquil views—though it overlooks the surroundings rather than the beach. Beautifully tiled floors run throughout the apartment, and a large mirror ensures you'll look your best before heading out to explore the best of Gozo. Both bedrooms and the kitchen are equipped with air conditioning systems operated via a single coin meter accepting Eur1 and Eur2 coins—Eur2 provides approximately eight hours of cool comfort. Please note that behind the apartment is a small farm where ducks and cocks may serenade you in the morning, a charming reminder of the natural surroundings beyond our control. Guest access PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: You will have access only to the first floor whole apartment.. Access to the roof is only permitted to hang any clothes or towels. BBQ's are NOT allowed on the roof. Wi-Fi Access is NOT available during Winter Season. Should you wish to make use of the garage, it is available at an extra charge of €5 daily. Other things to note KINDLY NOTE: NEW ECO TAX ! Persons travelling to Malta need to be aware of the newly imposed Malta government legislation regarding Eco -Tax contribution. As from the 20th June an Eco-Tax of Euro 0.50c per person per night will apply. This fee is capped at 10 nights. So each guest will pay a maximum of Euro 5 per stay. This tax has to be collected by all accommodation providers. Kindly note that all guests staying in our accommodation after the 20th June 2016, will be charged this extra fee, which is payable only in cash. Thanks for your co operation.
