This sixth floor studio ( 378 sq feet), with beautiful views of Baldy mountain, is located at the base of Peak Nine, true ski-in/out. It sleeps up to 4, (Queen bed, queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress) and is best for a young family or couple. Stay in, enjoy the view and relax while cooking dinner in the fully equipped kitchen or walk just one block to shops and dining. The bathroom has 2 vanities and is divided into 3 separate compartments/spaces, allowing use simultaneously with privacy. LOCATION- No need to get in your car-all that Breckenridge has to offer is just steps out the door. Whether you are visiting for summer or winter fun, this is a prime location. Ski school and equipment rental is just outside the door. RESORT AMENITIES- include heated parking, 4 outdoor hot tubs, indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, steam room and fitness room. PLEASE NOTE: Pool and hot tubs will be CLOSED April-November for renovations. PARKING is not included in the cost of the reservation. Parking vacancy is based on availability, and NOT guaranteed. It is covered and $20.00/night during ski season and is billed separately because many people do not bring a car. Fees are suspended May-October. Other overnight options are the ice rink, which is a few blocks away, or Airport road lot which is 2 miles out of town and on the shuttle route. Please contact the city for pricing.
