A villa of the west! Private ranch, seclusion sleeps 30 people! Includes impressive headquarters 6-bedroom "Cabin" with two living rooms and two master suites. The second building aprox. 1/8th of a mile is a separate 2000 sq ft second story "Lodge" great room with a wrap around deck and detached 6- bedroom newly remodeled bunkhouse and large "ranch" kitchen. All this within a 20-minute drive from Red River and Angel Fire Ski Resorts. Nestled in the tall pines of a 100 acre working ranch. Special note to our guests during the COVID-19 outbreak: It is important to us that our guests feel safe staying in our Airbnb during the COVID-19 outbreak. To insure the safety of our guests, here are some of the things we are doing: • After a thorough cleaning, the home is sanitized using a CDC recommended sanitizer. All areas that were potentially touched by prior guests are sanitized including, door knobs, keys, kitchen counters, tables, remotes, light switches, faucets handles, etc. • Ventilation of rooms and home while cleaning. •Linens are hot water washed after every stay. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns. Thank you! The ranch has acres of beautiful grounds with a private creek and pond. Guests are welcome to hike or catch and release fish in the stream and pond. There is no swimming, wading, sledding or boating at any time in the pond. The ranch is a real working ranch and often has horses and cows on the property. We ask that guests do not disturb the livestock. but are welcome to hike and catch and release fish on the property. Please do not cross the fences. Primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Please do not access any of the horse corrals or barn and guests must stay away from all horses and livestock, as well as the area across from the lodge that is the managers trailer house. The creek area is available to use for hiking and catch and release fishing. Please do not cross any fences. The pond is for catch and release fishing only and there is no swimming, wading, sledding or boating on the pond. The pond is not fenced and is used at guests risk only. There is a property maintenance manager that will be available many times during your stay. Not your ordinary neighborhood! The high pines and huge vistas of the "Enchanted Circle of Northern New Mexico. The C Diamond C Ranch is a private ranch with acres of hiking and a live stream and pond with catch and release fishing (no swimming or boating) as well as often sighting deer, elk, hawks, and the livestock on the ranch. While it offers the privacy and peacefulness of seclusion it is only 20 minutes form the wonderful towns and ski slopes of Angle Fire and Red River. Eagle Nest lake is only 2 miles away! Primary renter must be at least 30 years old. The number of guests says 16 but you can have up to 30 in this whole ranch listing.
