When entering the house you will be greeted with a grand staircase which leads to 4 bedrooms, 5 air mattresses, 3 queen sized-pullout sofas located in each living room, 3 1/2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 offices, a grand dining room, and a sunroom with a exquisite view of the beautiful Grand River. The space We have a strict policy for number of guests that are booked. For any guests beyond the stated number that are booked, it will be an incremental $50 per guest for the day, and $100 per guest for any overnight stays. Other things to note Please inform us of the purpose of your stay, (be it family gathering or event etc.), and the amount of people in your party to better ensure your safety, properly prepare, and maintain the home to welcome you for your stay with us!
