Guests will be able to instant book the Nut House only with positive reviews from previous hosts.*** DESCRIPTION - Cottage is 70 years young and 850 sq ft. - No Washer/Dryer. - Streaming TV with DVD player in living room only. (No TVs in bedrooms). - Master bedroom with Queen, medium firm memory foam mattress. Door with lock. - 2nd Bedroom with Full size, medium firm, spring mattress. Door without lock. - Twice wrapped pillows. - Thermostat is pre-programmed and cannot be adjusted by guests. - Guesthouse in backyard. (We also live in the neighborhood and are always available via message or in person, should any concerns arise). Vrbo withholds a refundable damage deposit of $59 while booking. If there are no claims after your stay, this deposit will be refunded in full. HOUSE RULES - No parties/events, smoking, drugs, unregistered guests/visitors, or pets allowed. - No wearing shoes inside home. (Please respect this rule). - To help preserve the original hardwood floors, please pick up rolling luggage. - Please respect check-in and check-out times. Check-in is after 5pm and check-out is promptly at 11am. Our cleaning crew has us scheduled anytime between 11:30am-4:30pm. An early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional $50 fee. - Please take care of the furnishings. Payment required for damage/theft/excess cleaning (ie, rugs, upholstery, hardwood scuffs). - Please do not wipe makeup with towels. - Please wash your dishes. - Garage is not available however driveway parking is available for guests. - Please specify purpose of visit, number of guests, and your agreement with house rules at time of booking request.
