Chalet Fend - exclusive vacation home (detached)

Our newly (2019) built vacation home is located in the district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. In addition to the two large bedrooms (about 18 sqm), each with large double beds, there is another bedroom with two single beds. The house has two bathrooms, one of them (about 10 m²) with a corner bathtub and a very large, walk-in shower (1.2 m x 1.2 m). You can charge your electric car at our Wallbox (11 kW, Type 2; currently 40 cents/kWh). The space The very bright and spacious living area (living, dining and kitchen area - approx. 30 sqm) is equipped with a 75-inch smart TV. You can enter two terraces (south and west side) from the living area (garden furniture and grill are provided). A large carport (approx. 5 m x 3.5 m) and a very large, lockable garage (approx. 7.5 m x 3.5 m) are exclusively available to you. In the garage there is a wallbox where you can charge your electric car (currently 50 cents/kWh). Prices include all taxes and fees. You will receive an electronic guest card with which you can park for free in the public parking spaces in the Ammer Valley, among other things. Bus connections to the nearby sights (Neuschwanstein Castle, Linderhof Castle, Wieskirche, Ettal Monastery, Oberammergau, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Füssen, etc.) can be reached free of charge. Public transport is less than a 5-minute walk away. Munich can be reached by train in about 1.5 hours. Munich Airport is about 2.5 hours. Memmingen Airport is about 1.5 hours by car.
