Imagine a private escape on an Alaskan island where virtuous mountains meet perilous sea, the people are real and seafood is fresh. In one of the close knit houses along the hill above town, a generous number of stairs takes you to a million dollar view, built in the 1940's & remodeled with updates you'll like. Relax on the deck, inhale the fresh sea, active fishing port & town life, or warm-up in the crooked but very cozy & beautiful home that might remind you of the 'Old Village'. The space A small one-bedroom will have 2 singleXL luxurious, down comforter, foam beds, a cozy couch, a big kitchen, shower, washer, dryer and last but not least a great deck to soak in everything. Guest access The whole house is yours. Enjoy. You will also have pretty close neighbors, locals from around town and they are quiet. Other things to note There are about 35 steps up to the place, so packing lighter might be considered. Parking is on Cope Street and there are some houses with the same address, so I will give you plenty of instructions to avoid confusion.
