The space On the 3rd floor with elevator, not overlooked and overlooking Valbelle Park, our apartment is very pleasant to stay in, you feel really good there. You will enjoy its large bay windows, its brightness and calm, as well as its very well thought-out layout (we redid everything at the end of 2016). Pines, palm trees and gulls will be in front of you when you enjoy the balcony. The Carré d'Or district of Marseille (8th arrondissement) is great: shops nearby, beaches and Corniche 500 m away, Parc Borély opposite (18 ha of greenery 300 m from the residence), space and greenery while being in the city center. This is the perfect base for visiting Marseille. Prado beaches, shops and restaurants are a 10-minute walk away. Buses are at the foot of the residence. They will take you to the city center or the Old Port where you can discover the MUCEM, the replica of the Cosquer Cave, the Panier district (Plus Belle la Vie) etc.; they will also take you to Pointe Rouge, to the Port des Goudes.
