This apartment consists in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, second bedroom with two single beds that you can bring together, bathroom with shower and WC, kitchen open on the living room with TV and access to the terrace and garden. The apartment can greet 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children if needed. Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. The basics consumables for the kitchen and the bathroom will be present in the apartment so that you can enjoy easily the accommodation on your arrival. This is a no smoking apartment. Access Apartment is ideally located on Villefranche-sur-mer in a private residence with parking. The place is fully equipped. Neighborhood The very quiet area offers you the opportunity to reach the beach, restaurants and shops by walking, in about ten minutes. The harbor and the Old Town are less than 500m away. Transit Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by train: go to Nice St Augustin train station which is 15 minutes away from the airport and stop at Villefranche-sur-mer. Apartment is 2km away from the train station. After that you can take a bus or taxi to reach the residence. You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment. Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the private parking of the residence. IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE : For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document. The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene. Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed. Smoking isn’t allowed inside. Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.
