Perfect for design-conscious nature lovers. The space Welcome to Chalet21, your exclusive design chalet in Scharnitz, nestled in the stunning mountain scenery of the Seefeld High Plateau. This stylish and luxuriously furnished chalet was built in 2021 and impresses with its very high ceilings and modern interior. It offers the perfect retreat for design-conscious guests who appreciate quality, spaciousness, and nature experiences. Chalet21 offers: Three stylish bedrooms (two with comfortable double beds, one with a bunk bed), all equipped with wardrobes, bedside tables, and a workspace. An open mezzanine with two additional sleeping spaces. Three modern bathrooms: Two with showers, and one ensuite in the master bedroom with a bathtub and shower. All bathrooms feature heated towel racks. Underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth throughout the entire chalet. A large, open kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired: fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and an additional drinks fridge. A light-flooded, large living room with a cozy wood-burning stove and a sound system – perfect for relaxing evenings. A private terrace with seating and lounging options, plus an additional balcony, also with seating, to enjoy the mountain air. Guest access As a guest in Chalet21, you have access to the entire chalet as well as the shared amenities of AuraKarwendel: Garden paradise with a hot tub (reservation required), fire pit, sun loungers, terrace, and grills. Wellbeing room with a massage bed (reservable) in the basement. Cozy "Stube" for game nights. Free, serviced rental bikes in the summer. Free rental snowshoes and toboggans in the winter (including an ice scraper in the garage). Heated garage with two parking spaces and two e-charging stations for electric cars (free for guests!). Six additional free parking spaces in front of the house. Storage facilities for bicycles/e-bikes and skis in the garage. The spacious, fenced meadow (over 1000 m²) in front of the house is also available for your use. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in the entire chalet. Dogs are welcome upon prior arrangement and confirmation (max. 1). They are not allowed on furniture and must not be left alone in the chalet. Please indicate if you plan to bring a dog when making your inquiry. Upon request, we are happy to provide baby cots and extra beds for adults. Chalet21 is quietly located in Scharnitz, at the gateway to the Karwendel Mountains and just a few minutes' drive from Seefeld. The region offers a wide range of opportunities for outdoor activities.
