Ca' Erizzo: dream apartment, spectacular terrace!

It can accommodate up to 10 guests in five double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. An amazing, large furnished terrace will definitively complete your relax! The space Starting from the main entrance door, atypically positioned on Erizzo bridge, palazzo Grandiben spreads out Venetianness which continues in the impressive entrance hall up to the Istrian stone staircase. The coexistence between its interior ancient characters, from the wooden ceiling beams to the Venetian terrazzo floors, and elegant furnishings which range from vintage to antique and modern, and present technologies and comforts like the lift which will bring you from the entrance ground floor directly inside the apartment, air conditioning, wifi, home theatre system, make this luxury property the perfect place for a magical stay, a very special celebration, a family reunion, an elegant convention, an exclusive venue. The huge entrance, in addition to its distributive functions, is a large space which can accommodate in total comfort up to 20 guests for lunches or dinners as well, and the kitchen is perfectly equipped and suitable for any need. The spacious living room is furnished with peculiar candlestick like lights in turquoise resin. The five Gothic windows spread out natural light all over the mix of classic and modern furnishings. The reading room adjoining the living room, it is also a studio with printer at your disposal and leads to the tv room. It can accommodate 10 guests total and you could choose the best accommodation among the five double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, three of which with two single beds. You could also choose between bathroom with shower or with tub/shower. Something special in this luxury property is the beautiful terrace, where you could enjoy the view over Venice rooftops, until San Marco’s tower bell and domes, having a relaxing drink or a dinner in the open in the tepid summer nights. Useless to say that this comfortable property is a perfect dwelling for small parties involved as visitors or experts in La Biennale exhibition either of Art or Architecture. Ca’ Erizzo will be also a perfect base for exploring Venice and its lagoon for large families or small group of friends and a fully comfortable place where relax and rest enjoying pleasant nights. Guest access You can reach Lido island with its beautiful and sunny beaches in a few minutes from the Arsenale vaporetto stop. As for the area it is still beautiful and typical, only apparently far from the crowded central places. Indeed, it takes only ten minutes of an impressive walking along Riva dei Sette Martiri to get to San Marco square and its surroundings, if you would prefer you could either take vaporetto, Venetian water bus. To get to Rialto it will take about 15 minutes. In the nearby Via Garibaldi there are plenty of useful shops as a Coop supermarket, a pharmacy, a bank, a fruits and vegetables stall and many typical bars with delicious “cicheti”, as “Al Refolo” and some restaurants like the well-known “Al Nuovo Galeone”, typical Venetian cuisine or “Ai Nevodi”, revisited traditional. Good restaurants just nearby are “Il Covo”, “Local”, “Il CoVino” and “Wildner”. For the record, as it is just around the corner, a suggestion could be “La Corte Sconta”, which I do not particularly like but it is a good quality restaurant. Other things to note Very important: Please always send an availability request before confirming your reservation as the property is really demanding and I need to be sure to accommodate you just when and if it would be at its best, thank you for your understanding. Unfortunately this property is not suitable for children younger than 12 years, for both safety (terrace...) and fragility reasons. - Late arrivals: Please note that our standard check in time is from 03.00 to 08.00 PM (15:00 - 20:00), later arrivals are welcome but a small extra fee wil be applied in order to pay overtime to the person who will meet and greet you at late evening/night, as follow: - from 08.00 to 09.00 PM: 50,00 euros - from 09.00 to 10.00 PM: 60,00 euros - from 10.00 to 11.00 PM: 70,00 euros - from 11.00 to 12.00 PM: 80,00 euros - from 00.00 AM on please consider 40,00 euros for each hour of additional delay. Anyway it must be agreed and confirmed in advance, thank you for your understanding. If you wouldn't like to accept this extra fee please kindly do not proceed with the booking, thank you very much. Regarding earlier check in times I always try to be as flexible as possible so you will be allowed to drop off your luggage from abt 11.30 AM but don't expect that the apartment would be ready for you yet, and you will be kindly asked to go out for a walk or for lunch while my cleaning staff will finish to prepare it in the next few hours. - Tourist Tax: Please note that a tourist tax will be collected by cash at the check in over the rental amount, as specifically required by Venice Council. It will be calculated on a base of 4,00 euros per person per night for the first 5 nights. Children under 10 yo are exempt and a specific receipt will be issued. - Garbage / rubbish collection: Please be absolutely sure to have understood at the check in how to manage garbage/rubbish, Venice Council is really strict about the matter and fines are expensive, you will be charged in case of wrong procedure and you will receive the related report to your home address. Please do not leave any garbage / rubbish in the apartment on your departure as our staff won't be able to manage its removal after the allowed time schedule (early morning), it will be really kind of you both in respect to my cleaning staff and to those guests who will arrive just after your departure, I thank you very much in advance. - Housekeeping: In the Airbnb rental rates just a final cleaning and laundry service are included. For stays longer than a week (7 nights) an intermediate cleaning and laundry service will be proposed and its cost will be added to the total rental amount. Please note that every further cleaning and laundry service on request over the final one will be quoted separately. Daily maid is always available on request and quoted separately as well. You are kindly asked to leave all the apartment, but especially the kitchen, in good overall conditions at your departure, please do not leave dirty dishes, cutlery, pots, saucepans, thank you very much for taking care of it.
