In our Apartment Anni you can expect a friendly, spacious 2 room apartment with bathroom and kitchen, which is located on the ground floor of our detached house. Located on the outskirts of a small hamlet near Aulendorf, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the surrounding landscape! Our large garden also offers idyllic spots, whether for enjoyable coffee breaks, short observations of nature or for sporting activities (badminton court, table tennis). The space The apartment Anni is a self-contained residential unit on the ground floor of our house. From the hallway you can reach the four rooms: bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, i.e. there are no connecting rooms and every room has windows and doors. The bedroom has 3 beds, one of which is 140 cm wide and therefore also suitable for two people. This results in 4 sleeping places, which can be increased by a further 1(-2) places if required by using the pull-out living room sofa. We are happy to provide you with a travel cot for your youngest. Bedside tables with lamps and two chests of drawers complete the furnishings. In the living room you will find a large comfortable couch with TV and a sitting area with (extendable) table and chairs. As always, you will find the wine glasses and other useful items for a good sip on holiday in the glass cabinet! The room has a window and a glass door, giving you personal access to your own patio area. The kitchen is functionally furnished and has a cozy character thanks to the corner bench and two chairs. A stove with an oven, a coffee maker, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, cooking utensils and cutlery, as well as sufficient cupboards for the things you have brought with you are part of the equipment. The bathroom surprises with a glass walk-in shower; In addition to the washbasin and toilet, you will find several wooden storage options that give the room a harmonious character.
