Located in a premiere Sun Retreats RV Resort, quiet and well maintained. We also own cozy tiny cabin next door so larger families can rent both! Sleeps 4 with a loft too! New private WiFi! Guest access We even have a key locked shed behind the home to store any equipment you may have, bikes, fishing gear. Plenty of storage. Full access. The resort also has a large heated pool, street golf course, shuffle board, fishing on site, clubhouse, bath house. Our home has an ice maker but there is also an ice machine on site. Clean laundry facilities within the resort. Other things to note A dishwasher! A tiny house with a dishwasher and garbage disposal. K-cup style coffee maker and drip coffee pot. Nice high ceilings, large, spacious feel yet cozy and warm for cool nights. nice and cold AC for hot muggy summers. When I stepped into this model home I knew this was the space for me and I could have never settled for anything less! The most exciting time staying in this home, making lifetime memories. Enjoy the nature coast all day, having a nice hot shower and sleeping on pillow top queen beds and waking up to the sites and sounds of nature. West coast sunsets. Living in paradise. Bath towels provided. Bring a few beach/boat towels. water taxi goes back and forth across the river down near the restaurants. boat/trailer parking. We now have a full size overstuffed sofa with pullout sleeper for those that do not wish to climb up to the loft. We still prefer to keep it at four guests, but on occasion will make exceptions.
