Free wifi, SmartTV, linens & bath towels, heating & cooling and electric fireplace for cozy winter evenings. Communal pool. The space Condo 311 is located on the 3rd floor at the end of the hallway. Elevator access is available. Guests also have access to 311 via a side entrance, which has stairs only. The side entrance is located across from the private parking space and lock box location where you access the keys at check-in. Main floor living space includes a bedroom with a lower double bunk bed & upper twin bed, half bathroom, washer/dryer, kitchen, dining & living area. Main floor living space includes a sliding door to a patio with outdoor table, chairs, umbrella and propane BBQ to enjoy the breathtaking views of Tetakawi mountain and the San Carlos Marina. There are stairs to the upper level which includes 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, closet & shelving space in each bedroom and a patio adjacent to the master bedroom with a high table and 2 bar stools. Master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen and twin bed. Guest access Check-in instructions/key access will be emailed to guests upon completion and receipt of the rental agreement and regulations for the Condominium complex. Other things to note 1. Guests are required to complete and sign a rental agreement and regulations page which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please provide an email address when your reservation is confirmed. Upon receipt of the above forms, the check-in instructions/key access will be emailed to guests. 2. Four bracelets are provided upon arrival, for access to the swimming pool. Any additional bracelets required cost $100 pesos per person per stay. Our rental agreement provides the necessary details for purchasing additional bracelets, if needed.
