A modern, cozy attic studio for up to 5 people awaits you. The studio is perfectly located between Munich and the beautiful Alps, not far from picturesque alpine lakes. The ideal accommodation for families, solo travelers, business people or fitters, with Wi-Fi, smart TV, Nespresso machine and much more. The surrounding area offers numerous leisure opportunities: enjoy swimming lakes, go hiking and cycling or visit the typical restaurants nearby, or simply relax in the garden. The space We recommend arriving by car. Two kilometers away there are large supermarkets that are also open on Saturdays until 8:00 pm. You can go there by bus. The apartment is located in an open attic, with ceiling heights ranging from 1 meter on one side to over 4 meters on the other side. The beds and kitchen are on a level raised by one step from the living area and bathroom. The studio is equipped with real wood parquet and has a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a large single bed (120 cm x 200 cm) and a double sofa bed. Kitchen, living/dining/sleeping area are in an open, spacious and airy ambience in one room. Flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, stereo system and a small library are available for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster, stove (with oven) and all conceivable kitchen utensils. A dishwasher is not provided. The modern spacious bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. We pay very careful attention to compliance with all hygiene guidelines in order to guarantee us and our guests a safe stay.
