700' Villa in the heart of Chianti

Beautiful and Charming Villa from 1700 with big garden, located on the family 150 Acres Estate. Ideal for daily trips to all the main locations in Tuscany or just for a relax week on the Chianti hills. The space Good Morning, We have a beautiful family Villa from 700' with the original decor, Italian Style Garden and Swimming pool, located in the heart of Chianti, few km away from Empoli and Vinci (where Leonardo was borne). The Villa is ideal for big families or group of friends both in winter and warmer months. It can host 15 people in 7 double rooms and one single room. 6 rooms have a private bathroom, while 2 have one in common, for a total of 8 bathrooms in the Villa. 6 BedRooms are located at the 1st floor (second floor for US) while the 7th bedroom is located in the tower of the Villa. Also located at the 1st floor you will find a small living room. At the ground Floor you have the big Living Room, A smaller living room, the Dining room that can sit all 15 people around a big table, the kitchen, a bathroom, a veranda and a smaller dining room. Beautiful frescos and decor will bring you back in the splendor of the 700-800 life of an Italian Noble Family. The Kitchen is modern and fully equipped. (Microwave, Toaster, Dish Washer, pots and pans, Chopper, Mixer) Washing machine is also available. 2 tvs are available. Upon demand we can also arrange Private chef (an old lady cooking the typical Tuscan recipes) and Baby sitter. The Swimming Pool is hidden in the secret garden of the Villa. (Size 9X4X1,4m) The Garden is beautifully maintained in the italian Style on one side and romantic English style on the other side. The Villa and the garden sit on the 150 Acres Estate, where you are free to take walks or go jogging. The location is ideal for daily trips to Firenze (35 km) Pisa (50km), San Gimignano (40km), Siena (50km), Certaldo (20 Km). The two main airports in Tuscany are located 30 minutes away Firenze (35 km) Pisa (50km). A person from the family is always available on site (we live few minutes away), in case of maintainance or emergencies. Being an old Villa decorated with delicate decor we would require a responsible behavior. During Winter season, the use of the heating system is upon demand and an extra fee based on consumption is requested. (50-100€ a day). Please do not hesitate to contact me for further information.
