The space This four bedroom, three bathroom home has plenty of space to entertain and be together(FULLY stocked chef's kitchen), but is designed with perfect places for private quiet time. The main floor has two beautifully appointed bedrooms with queen beds and ocean views. A third bedroom with a sitting area is upstairs with a second wood-burning fireplace and bathroom creating a private sanctuary. The ground level has two twin beds plus a separate bedroom with a full bed and ensuite bathroom. Luxury linens and quilts, antiques and overstuffed furniture enhance the experience of the ever-present ocean views from nearly every room. The large dining area seats 10 and the fully equipped kitchen includes all large and small appliances, pots, pans, utensils, spices, and staples - everything needed for a feast or a casual outdoor dinner on the large picnic table on the deck. WIFI, Large flatscreen TVs, DVR, DVD player and small library of movies, boardgames and beach toys. Sandy beaches and amazing tide pools make Ocean's Edge the perfect retreat for families, couples, and friends. Every amenity is included to promote a relaxing, serene and luxurious vacation. Crabbing, clamming fishing all within several miles with easy boat, equipment and kayak rental. The flat beach is perfect for boogie boarding, paddle boarding and skim boarding. Tillamook, only 11 miles away, home of the famous Tillamook Dairy and Cheese Factory, the new de Garde Brewery and the more established Pelican Brewery has a movie theatre and many restaurants. There is also a farmers market in the summer adding to the shopping that is available all year. Guest access 24 hour check in with lock box. Accessibility: There is a single step into the house which a person in a wheel chair could use with someone pushing. Also there is a removable tub grab bar on in the closet next to the the bathroom on main floor Other things to note Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $100 per pet per stay.
