A private, modern home in the woods with a screened in back porch and fenced back yard to keep the moose out! Home is 3/4 mile off the Parks Highway in a wooded neighborhood on a loop drive 12 minutes from downtown Wasilla. The space This nearly 1400 sq ft house has a large master bedroom with a queen bed, attached bath with double sinks, a tub and walk-in shower and walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms also have queen beds and closets with hangers and shelves for your clothing. These rooms share a hall bath that has a large vanity with drawers, and a combination tub/shower. There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The living room, dining room and kitchen are open concept. The living room has a TV above the gas fireplace, a side chair and two sofas. The dining room table seats 8. Our kitchen is fully functional with a good supply of pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, toaster, coffee pot, an instant-pot, an air-fryer and even a salad spinner! The screened back porch will be delightful in the summertime. Guest access Our “Haven” has a good sized driveway for off-street parking. While the home is all on one floor, there is a step or two into the house from the garage and front porch. The neighborhood is quiet, in a sweet woodsy setting.
