Large cozy studio with sea view, swimming pool and beach

Experience Guadeloupe easily by choosing this corner of paradise in the center of the island with beautiful waters. Traveler or professional, you will be ideally located in Bas du Fort, in a secure residence with swimming pool and beach nearby. This refurbished studio consists of an air-conditioned interior area (20 m²), spacious bedroom and separate bathroom. The covered terrace (12 m²) offers you a fully equipped kitchen and a relaxing living room to enjoy the sea view while having coffee or a ti punch! The space The accommodation was refurbished in September 2021 and we wanted to give it a modern look while retaining the spirit of the islands, especially in the decoration. The furniture and bedding are new and of good quality for optimal comfort. A 300l tank is installed to compensate for frequent water cuts in Guadeloupe, it takes over automatically, you can enjoy it peacefully. Regarding the beds, the studio is composed of a 160 cm bed and a 1-seat sofa bed. This is a studio, but the layout is such that the interior can be considered a separate bedroom and the exterior living room, kitchen/dining room. For the beaches you have the choice right next door: the beach of Bas du Fort is located 300 m away, you can easily access it on foot in 5 minutes. Fort Fleur d'Epée, a little larger, is 1 km away, also within walking distance. And a 5-minute drive to La Datcha beach in the village of Gosier, with its beach bars, restaurants, and Ilet Gosier nearby. In the immediate vicinity (200 m), the sports club of Bas du Fort offers several water activities: The tour of the small cul-de-sac in a sports catamaran / Kayak rental and Stand up Paddle / A day or 3 hours on the water with family or friends / vacation course... Guest access The "Les terrasses de la Digue" residence is secure and you have a numbered parking space. Parking is also available outside the residence. Magali, the concierge of the accommodation, will be available to prepare your trip, welcome you on site and provide you with advice if needed during your stay. ENGLISH SPEAKING: do not hesitate to ask me for more information in English The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility Other things to note The pool is located in the Village Viva residence, which adjoins the Terrasses de la Digue residence in which the studio is located. Access is via a gate common to both residences. The pool is very large, the liner and the surroundings are damaged but the pool is completely usable. Renovation work is planned (consult us for more details, at present we do not have a date yet).
