Exceptional and unique villa, very close to the beach, with large private pool and spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the sun and the sea, with the great intimacy provided by this villa, which will allow you to relax with the sound of the waves, and admire the nearby Playa de La Concha and impressive cruise ships sailing by. The space If you are looking for privacy, the sound of the sea, a lot of space and terraces, a gorgeous sea view, a pool which is optionally heated in the 'colder' months, great sunrises, being close to everything you need and by the beach, ... you just found it! This is your villa. You and your group are more than welcome! In the vicinity you can practice many of your hobbies (walking, running, cycling, hiking, gym, diving, fishing, sailing, etc.), as well as playing golf in several fields that you will find some 7 km away (in Puerto del Carmen and Costa Teguise). Up to 9 people can stay, but no more guests are allowed than originally indicated in the reservation (Organic Law 4/2015, of 30 March, on the Protection of the Security of Citizens). Guest access The villa, with its 4 terraces, including the private pool, is at your disposal. The garage is not available, but there is always plenty of free parking on the street. Certain small areas of the villa are reserved for the cleaning equipment of the house and the pool. Other things to note The villa is very close to the long promenade that links Arrecife (the capital of the island) with Puerto del Carmen (important tourist attraction), ideal for walking, running, cycling, or simply enjoying the sunset from one of its many cafes. It is highly recommended not to throw the sanitary towels in the toilet but in the trash, to avoid clogging in the drains (serious problem in the whole island).
