The front porch is the perfect place to watch the kids play in the park or enjoy your morning coffee, but you might prefer to soak in the sunken hot tub surrounded by the sweet starfish porch railing. Inside, you’ll love the warmth of the honey-colored hardwood floors and colored slate tiles around the fireplace, and on the kitchen counters and backsplash. The relaxed sea-themed décor, comfortable furnishings, and filtered sunlight through high windows invite you to kick back and enjoy time with family and friends. Cozy up to the gas fireplace, open the wall cabinet for the flat-screen TV or Wii, or gaze out at the park as you enjoy a meal from the fully equipped kitchen. A main-floor queen bedroom suite has a walk-in shower; upstairs, the sky-lit hallway has a work area between two queen bedrooms, one with park views and a TV. It’s a five-minute walk through Bella Beach’s pretty neighborhood to the beach access or the kids’ playground; you can walk across the street to the café for an afternoon treat. By car, you’re minutes from the dining and shopping of Gleneden Beach, Salishan, Lincoln City, Depoe Bay, or Newport, so you have day trips galore ahead of you. The number of people (including children and infants) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description. Parking Instructions: 1 Car Maximum to be parked parallel along the front of the garage door. Parking of commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, motorcycles, trucks, truck campers, or other recreational vehicles or equipment shall not be allowed on any part of the Property nor Common Area, except only if or within the confines of an enclosed garage or screened area. If you need any additional parking, extra parking spots can be found at the beginning of Bella Beach Circle, and behind Ocean View Street. Please do not park in any fire lanes, or on other people’s properties. Thank you! This is a dog-friendly property; there is a $60 non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2) per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick up after your pup. Your pup must be on a leash at all times when outside of the home, no exceptions. Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges. *Bikes Available for Rental at the Bella Beach Office (Seasonal based on standard office hours.
