Charming house, located in a 5000 m2 park, comprising three bedrooms, a 45 m2 dining room, equipped with a sofa, a spacious equipped kitchen, a bathroom (shower), and a separate toilet. This house is a single-story dwelling. There's a second house in the park. You have 2500 m2. There is no one opposite between the houses. We also provide a baby high chair, booster seat, and a travel cot. Pets allowed. The space House located on the border of the departments of Dordogne, and Lot et Garonne, close to shops, tourist activities (e.g. the Battle of Castillon). For wine lovers, the proximity of the vineyards of Bordeaux, St Emilion, Monbazillac and Duras offer the possibility of beautiful discoveries. For swimming you have two lakes, located 30 minutes from the house, Lake CARSAC located in the municipality of Saint-Martin-de-Gurçon in Dordogne and Lake Saint-Sernin located in the municipality of Saint-Sernin-de-Duras in Lot-et-Garonne.
