The Hamilton House is a fully furnished house on a private lot with all the amenities of a home away from home and multiple breathtaking views. Coming in the winter? Enjoy the heat of the gas fireplace. Coming in the summer? Enjoy the comfort of A/C. The space There is a dedicated office space with a printer, 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 2 beautiful soft leather couches, and all appropriate linens. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, Ninja blender and food processor, coffee machine, kettle, large pot and pan set, all the cooking utensils and tools needed, and more. Outside you'll enjoy the views with 2 patio options. One main patio with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and socializing, and a BBQ. The upstairs patio is off the main room and is furnished with an outdoor couch and two chairs. The views from either patio are incredible all times of the year. Guest access Have multiple vehicles, or even a boat? No problem! There is ample off street parking that will accommodate at least 4 regular sized vehicles. Other things to note During your stay we do bi-weekly cleanings to ensure our home is cared for and your stay is comfortable. Storage: There is currently no enclosed storage outside and there is no storage available for guests in the basement.
