Charming and cozy three bedroom home located in the Walnut Park neighborhood of Gulf Park Estates, just minutes from downtown Ocean Springs and the beautiful Gulf beaches. This home is the perfect beach house for your stay in Ocean Springs. A full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and washer/dryer available for guest use. This home has wifi with two streaming-enabled TVs, a private driveway and an outdoor patio & fenced in yard complete with a cozy table, chairs and string lighting to set the mood. The space Outdoor back patio seating leading to a fenced-in yard. Garage has washer/dryer and several items to make your beach stay more enjoyable (we are always adding to our selection!). Three spacious bedrooms with closets and two full bathrooms. Kitchen includes cookware and utensils, with a dishwasher available. Eat in kitchen and cozy living room with large flat screen streaming-enabled TV. Guest access The entire home is available for guest access. The washer and dryer are located in the garage and are available for guest use. However, guests may not park vehicles in the garage due to the narrow size. There is ample driveway parking that can accommodate 2-3 vehicles, and street parking is free as well. Fireplace is not for guest use. Other things to note We are avid boaters and enjoy spending time on the beach and the water. If you decide to rent a boat for the day, there are several life vests in the garage for your convenience - use at your own risk! Be sure to check out the Gulf Islands National Seashore for fishing, hiking, bird watching, picnicking and camping! Note: we do not allow parties.
