Towamensing Trails also has a playground, pool, tennis, sand volleyball, and basketball courts. Host provides 2 kayaks for use in season. Located within 30 min of many Poconos activities. JFBB, Camelback, Blue Mountain, the town of Jim Thorpe, 3 wineries, whitewater rafting, ATV rental, paintball, biking trails, Hickory Run and Belzville state parks and 3 waterparks are all nearby. The space Spacious, 3-floor escape ideal for family or group vacations. Plenty of space to gather the group together and spread out as needed - 5 bedrooms plus a bonus room used as a 6th bedroom, 4 full bath, 2 living rooms, and a game room. House has central AC, WiFi, hot tub, pool table, foosball, ping pong table, gas fireplace, three decks, ambient fire table, outdoor gas grill, full-sized washer & dryer, and a fully outfitted kitchen. Guest access Towamensing Trails is a beautiful private lake community. Speed limit for most roads is 15 mph. Vehicles must park on the property - max. of 9 vehicles. The property has 2 driveways that can be used for parking. One of the Penn Forest Trail side and the other on the Guest Circle side of the house. Other things to note Max # of overnight guests is 14 people (over the age of 2). Children 2 and under do not count towards the 14. No prom, bachelor or bachelorette parties. Towamensing Trails provides all rentals with 8 guest badges which are required to enjoy the summer amenities. Children age 6 and under do not need badges. For the summer months, guests may purchase additional amenities wristbands from the community for $10 per day per wristband. House and linens/towels are professionally cleaned and sanitized between all stays and are included. Min age 25, except when accompanied by a parent. Pet Policy - Max two dogs under 80 pounds allowed. Pet fee is $100 per stay. Dogs must be housebroken, no puppies (must be at least a year). Dogs must be leashed at all times outside of the house. Guests must clean up and dispose of all "potty breaks". Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture.
