You'll have lots of stainless steel appliances and counter space to play with, and the dining table seats up to six guests, with three stools available at the breakfast bar. Don't forget to assemble a few libations for your friends via the bar cart to the left of the French-door refrigerator. The gas fireplace will keep everyone nice and toasty on those chilly nights, and summer guests will appreciate the central AC when they're not splashing around in the community pool. Take advantage of the high-speed WiFi to research a new outdoor adventure or accomplish those last-minute online projects. Afterward, you can visit the community game room for a fun game of Ping-Pong, foosball, or air hockey. Things to know High-speed WiFi Snowbird-Friendly Guest access You'll need to request your gate code from Cape Arundel Cottages at least 72 hours before you arrive - this is essential for entry to the complex. Standard check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am. Once you arrive at the front gate, enter your code on the keypad. From there, head straight to the roundabout, take the first right onto Kenneth Roberts Way, then the next right onto Pepperell Way, then the second right - the house is the first one on your right at 11 Little River Circle. The lockbox hangs on the left side of the home from the utility box; enter your code to retrieve the key for the front door. You'll also receive check-in documentation via HelloSign that you'll need to complete before arrival. Other things to note A heated pool is open seasonally from May through September - you can access it through the recreation center or the unlocked side gate. The home comes with complimentary start-up supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, dishwasher pods, hand soap, and laundry and dish soap. All linens and towel sets are provided, with backups located in the unit.
