We have done so with this delightful place and are excited to share it with those who are coming to Clearfield/Layton area. The kitchen is complete for those who want to cook and dining is close for those who choose to eat out. Master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed and plenty of storage space. The guest room has a comfortable queen sized bed. We enjoy creating a place for families and couples to stay, giving them a place to settle in and just relax. There is a private seating area out back for your enjoyment of the Rocky Mountains. Guest access Guest have access to the entire town home. Other things to note NO CATS. My family is deathly allergic to cats. This townhome is part of an 18 townhome complex and the quiet hours are 9PM to 8AM. So if you are outside on the patio or getting home past 9pm just be a littler quieter than normal.
