In a small hamlet in Perche is a beautiful restored barn near an old water mill. It is part of a rural setting located at the bottom of a charming little green valley. It’s bordered by a small stream. The setting is enchanting with a river nearby and offers the possibility of beautiful walks. View over a very romantic valley bottom of the Percheron countryside. The mill currently being restored will allow you to discover the characteristics of the old building The space The living room and the kitchen constitute a beautiful large room on the first floor (70 m²). On the first floor, two bedrooms, one of which is very spacious and can accommodate 5 people. Total capacity : 7/9 persons. Ping-pong table, table soccer, terrace, swing. Sheets provided for 1 week. Wi-fi, Orange network only. Deposit 300 € on arrival. Guest access The house is located at the end of a dead end street, at the end of an old farmyard. A private space allows several vehicles to be parked. Other things to note You have a unique view on the meadow of the valley of a small river, the Grenne, and benefit from a green space all around the house. The mill next door is being restored with traditional materials without encroaching on your space or causing a nuisance. There will be no work during the summer months.
