Welcome to Villa Birdie, a cottage in the middle of nature just 15 km down the Oviedo and Gijón highway In English style, it is a very large house on a 3300m2 estate. Comfortably accommodate 17 guests in its 8 bedrooms. Pool (with security fence) just for guests. Equipped with a wood-burning fireplace, barbecue, washing machine, dryer, WiFi, smart TV, children's playroom, ping pong, etc. The space Villa Birdie is a cottage on a 3300m2 estate. It is located 15 minutes by motorway from Oviedo and Gijón . The house distributes as follows (8 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms) : Ground floor: - Living room with fireplace: 80m2 structured in various environments including TV area and separate dining room. - Bedroom 1: room in suite of 25m2 for two people with a double bed of 180cm, walk-in closet and full bathroom. - Bedroom 2: approximately 10 m2, equipped with a single bed and full bathroom. - Kitchen and office: fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and large induction hob. - Terrace with BBQ and direct access to the garden Fist floor - Bedroom 3: 20 m2, with fireplace and TV, for two people in double bed of 150cm. - Bedrooms 4: more than 25 m2, with 4 single beds (4 of 200×90cm). - Bedroom 5: 25 m2 with two twin beds.(105x200cm) - Bedroom 6: 25 m2 with four single beds (two 90x200cm, and two 90x190cm) and full bathroom. - Bedroom 7: 10 m2, with a single bed (90×190cm) and a sofa bed of 80x80cm. Other things to note In order to respect the neighbors' peace, it is not allowed to play music in the garden after 9 pm.
