It is located 15 minutes by highway from Oviedo and Gijón. The house is distributed as follows (8 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms): Ground floor: - Living room with fireplace: 80m2 structured in several environments including TV area and separate dining room. - Bedroom 1: 25m2 en-suite room for two people with a 180cm double bed, dressing room and full bathroom. - Bedroom 2: approximately 10 m2, equipped with a single bed and full bathroom. - Kitchen and office: Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and large induction glass-ceramic. - Terrace with barbecue and direct access to the garden. First floor - Bedroom 3: 20 m2, with fireplace and television, for two people in a 150cm double bed. - Bedrooms 4: over 25 m2, with 4 single beds (4 of 200×90cm). - Bedroom 5: 25 m2 with two single beds (105x200cm) - Bedroom 6: 25 m2 with four single beds (two 90x200cm, and two 90x190cm) and full bathroom. - Bedroom 7: 10 m2, with a single bed (90×190cm) and 80x80cm sofa bed. The south-facing property is fenced around its perimeter and has a 3200 m2 garden area designed on terraces, where fruit and ornamental trees have been planted. Other things to note In order to respect the neighbors' peace, it is not allowed to play music in the garden after 9 pm.
