As a former cohost of a super host's property on the East Side I have tried to provide all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and worry free. This home has an additional space on the third floor that can be opened up for an additional fee. It has 2 double and 2 single beds and a full bath. Guest access Guests can access the entire second floor except for the back stairway to the third floor. On the first floor there is currently a workroom where tools and projects are kept. It does not interfere with access to any parts of the first floor. The basement door allows access to the basement and the fuse box although we asks guests to refrain from going down there since it has not been cleaned.
