This Modern Country Cabin is in the perfect location for business or pleasure and enjoy true Texas flavor. The cabin is fully furnished and set up for short term or extended stays. It has a full kitchen complete with cookware and dishes. It also includes a washer and dryer. As beautiful as the inside is you will want to relax on the huge front porch enjoy nature and maybe even some star gazing next to a small campfire. The space When you walk in the door, please enjoy the welcome amenities that will be waiting for you throughout the cabin. Open Kitchen and living area, private bedroom, walk in shower and laundry room. Charging stations on both ends of the couch and the kitchen counter for your devices and a smart TV. Large front porch with a two-seater glider and dining area. Fire pit ready to go with firewood. Parking: 2 vehicles maximum. No charging electric vehicles. Guest access For your convenience: HEB and Kroger Deliver to this location. Dollar General are 10 minutes down the road. (You will need to be here to accept the delivery’s). List the cabin front porch at the end of the driveway under special instructions. I don't mind accepting deliveries if I am here. Approximately 5 minutes to Jellystone Park 10 minutes to Mainstay farm. 15 minutes to Old Town Burleson and Lost Oak Winery. 25 minutes to Downtown Fort Worth, 30 minutes to the historic Fort Worth Stock Yards 45 minutes to the Munster Mansion in Waxahachie 1 hour to Waco and the Magnolia Market at the Silos. 1 hour to Dallas and all that it has to offer. You will never run out of things to do here. Other things to note CHILDREN Unattended children will be given an energy drink, taught to swear and a given a free kitten. ANIMALS Service animals & pets are welcome. However, they must be housebroken. Pet weight limit 20 lbs. They are welcome in your front yard. Please keep them on a leash as there are neighbor dogs that roam around and come to visit and I have a 12-year-old Dog named Dorothy, Crazy Chica (Chihuahua) and a Cat, Rainbow Kitty that are outside, inside animals and they may come to visit too. Please pick up after your animals. Bag and store poo in the silver trash can with the lid provided outside until trash day. While we are pet friendly the cabin is not large enough for multiple guest and multiple dogs. Let’s keep it simple the cabin is large enough for 2 adults and 2 small guests either (dogs or children). (NO MORE THAN 4 SOULS IN THE CABIN, NO EXCEPTIONS) You also agree to be responsible for any damages or extra cleaning needed. There is a one-time $100 pet fee for each pet. You must list on the reservation number of guest and number of pets. Please let me know when booking if you are bringing animals, how many and a little about them.
