Recent build (2014) 3 bedroom. This nicely furnished home has everything needed to enjoy your stay in Williston. Appliances are modern and kitchen is fully equipped. Washer and dryer included. Smart TVs with Hulu provided plus you can access your own accounts for on demand internet TV. Very high speed (250) internet connection Excellent choice for rotation if you are in the Energy sector. The street is very quiet and neighbors are all homeowners. The space This fully furnished home has everything you would need for a short term or extended stay. The property and the pictures are as you see them on line. Garage can be used if you wish to park in an enclosed area when raining or snowing. We leave our personal vehicle in the garage but there is space for a second vehicle. The master (king) bedroom , second (queen) and third (two twin beds) is up a short flight of stairs. All the main living area is on the first floor and all the sleeping area is on the second floor. Guest access Entire home and garage. There are three bedrooms upstairs. King master, queen second and twins in third. There are stairs to the bedrooms but if you are not handicapped they should be easy to navigate. Other things to note We want you to have a great experience when you rent from us so the home will be ready for you when you arrive. Please leave it in good shape for the next guest when you depart. We don't allow loud parties, making loud noise or any other activity which would disturb our neighbors. Both our sons own houses on this street so we are aware of how things are going or not.
