Right on the lake this lovely 2 bedroom suite is less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. A short bike ride in to town through beautiful lakeside park. A flat journey along the water which is rare for Nelson! Mountain biking trails are just a short ride away and the world class Wh2O ski resort is a short 20min drive away Two young boys live upstairs so please expect some noise and footsteps. BL: 6050 BC Registration: H294345932 The space While there is no private beach access, the public beach is just a short walk away, perfect for a refreshing swim or a relaxing day by the water. You’ll have off-road parking on a flat driveway right outside the house. Enter through the exclusive front door into a welcoming hallway. To the right, you’ll find the master bedroom with an en-suite, offering stunning views of the front garden and nearby mountains through its large window. The middle door leads to the main house, but it remains locked and unused during your stay. To the left, head down the stairs into the spacious open-plan living room and kitchen, perfect for gathering and relaxing. At the bottom of the stairs, the door to the right leads to a large second bedroom with plenty of space to unwind. Continue through the kitchen and down the hallway, where you’ll find the bathroom and a convenient storage room with washing machine. Guest access Private entrance at the front of the property with a code lock. Off street parking for 1 vehicle. Second vehicle can park on the road outside the property Other things to note Pet-Friendly Stay: We love welcoming pets to our suite! To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that dogs be crated if left unattended and that all pets be taken off the property for bathroom breaks. Let us know if you’re bringing a furry friend—we’re happy to host them too!
