Description

Welcome to the centric and clean Jazz Apartment in Terrassa, featuring custom made Jazz themed sliding doors. The 3 bedroom, 1 bath licensed tourist apartment is 4 minutes on foot from the main Terrassa Nord train station that takes you straight to Barcelona. Very central, the apartment is perfect for walking to the center square where you can find amazing shopping, cinemas, museums, and public transportation. The apartment features a private terrace with amazing sunset views. The space The apartment has a sunny private terrace with stunning sunset views. The location is unbeatable and one of the only licensed tourist apartments in the true center of Terrassa. The apartment is in a very central location, ideal to walk everywhere in town, including the main Terrassa Nord train station that will take you to Barcelona city in less than 40 minutes. You can also reach Montserrat in only 30 minutes by car. Super clean and modern. Fully equipped for remote workers with hi-speed wifi and a desk to work. Professionally cleaned. A brand new dual heating and air conditioning unit has been installed in the main living room to give extra comfort for cold winter or warm summer days and if the doors to the bedrooms are left open the warm or cold air also reaches the bedrooms. Fans are also provided in summer months. A central heating system using radiators is also available in winter months. Guest access The apartment uses a smart lock system. After reservation, and prior to the check-in time, you will receive a unique link to access the building and the apartment. You must have a working phone with a data/internet connection. Other things to note Parking is not included in the building, but it is free if you can find a spot in a white zone on the streets nearby. If you are not lucky enough to find a free white zone parking spot, you may also pay to park in a blue zone (easy to find) or in a nearby public garage (there are multiple paid public garages within 2-3 blocks of the apartment). The unit is located on level 3. There is an elevator in the building, but the elevator is of a historic nature. The elevator works well, but cannot be loaded with much weight. Regarding heating and cooling - The recently installed air conditioning unit is located in the main living area. Fans are also provided in summer months. The apartment has a lot of ventilation and windows in every room. For winter stays, the heating is located in every room and is powered by a central system with a brand new gas powered boiler. There is very strict non-smoking policy. Violations will be charged a minimum 500€ fine. No noise or events. If neighbours complain of noise, a fine may be issued by the city and the guest will be responsible for any fees issued. Government mandated professional cleaning protocols are followed. For stays of 30 nights or more, a monthly cleaning is required every month in order to keep the apartment in good condition. The cost of the monthly cleaning is 85€ per cleaning and will be requested separately after the reservation. If you have questions about this or would like to ask for a different cleaning schedule, please inquire with the host prior to reservation.
