Ski-in! Ski-out! A beautiful home in the best location in the Heavenly Ski Resort in Lake Tahoe, right near the Stagecoach chairlift! You'll waste no time on driving, finding parking, or walking. We're happy to chat and help with planning the perfect Tahoe trip! The space NOTE: The condo is on the 4th floor, and the building's elevator is currently out of order. Please message me if you have questions or concerns about the elevator. NOTE 2: The pool and hot tub are now closed for renovations until further notice. You will experience a comfortable and convenient stay at our 1300 sq ft fully equipped condo that features a spacious living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable furnishings. This condo comfortably accommodates 8 guests. These are the bedding arrangements: Bedroom #1 (loft style) - King Bed Bedroom #2 - Queen Bed Bedroom #3 - Two Twin Bunk Beds (more suitable for kids) Stay connected with fast WiFi, and watch your favorite shows on the 75" TV in the living room or the 55" TV in the main bedroom with Netflix. In-unit washer & dryer are available, and fresh linens and towels are also provided for your comfort. Parking ====== Parking is easy with two parking permits available: one permit for a covered spot in the building and one permit for the Tahoe Village parking. Heating & Cooling ============== Each room has a thermostat to control the room's temperature. The condo does not have air conditioning (Mostly not needed at elevation of 7,500 ft). There are portable fans in all the bedrooms. The condo is located on the last floor, with 84 stairs leading to the unit. It is not expected to be fixed before April 2026 - Please make sure that you and your guests are able to go up and down the stairs before you book. We apologize for any inconvenience. * Please note that our cancellation policies are strictly enforced, even in the event of natural disasters or weather-related events. We cannot offer refunds for such occurrences as they are expected to happen regularly in the High Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. We recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance to ensure they are protected in the event of any cancellations. * This is a ski resort area: at night, there may be noise from snowcats and snowplows. During periods of severe weather, you may experience temporary outages to internet and electricity services.
