The second bedroom has two plush twin beds that with advanced noticed can be pushed together to make a King bed. There is a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer to do laundry. Other things to note Check-Out Procedure: 1. Place all trash in the trash bin outside back door. 2. Wash all dirty dishes and put back. 3. Remove all food that you brought along. 4. Throw used towels on shower floor. 5. Send me a message in the app when you have left the property. There’s to be no smoking anywhere inside this house. If we find evidence of smoking you will be charged $200 for an extra cleaning fee. A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual. (Example: dishes not washed and/or mud tracked in on floors). All damages will be charged to the guest. We understand that accidents happen if something breaks like a dish or a home decor item please notify me in the app so no additional charges are incurred. We provide several amenities for the first few days of your stay. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash are all in a complimentary basket it the bathroom. Should you need anymore during your stay, you will be responsible for obtaining those items. This includes, cooking oil, salt & pepper and any laundry detergent and toilet paper. Check out time is 11 AM on the day of departure. If the gas is more than 60 minutes late checking out they will be charged $200
