For a quick summary of layout: MANOR HOUSE- five rooms total, all suites with private bathrooms, sleeping a total of 14. Detailed layout is as follows: MAIN FLOOR -Large Kitchen: With gas range, double oven, and huge prep space. Additionally enjoy our ice maker and all new stainless steel appliances. -Dining Room: Enjoy dinner with views of the pond and forest on a large custom table made from wood from an old tobacco barn. The table seats ten with an additional four that can be seated at the bar, and six more at an outdoor table on the deck (plus another table in the outdoor kitchen that seats 6-8). -Front room: Large grand room with picturesque windows bringing the outdoors inside! Camel leather West Elm sofa, two arm chairs and a bench tucked beneath the window. -Living Room: A great place to gather as dinner is being made. Soft leather Pottery Barn recliners complete this room to gather and relax in. -Guest Bathroom: Gorgeous half bathroom with custom made vanity made from spalted maple and vessel sink. -Library: Enjoy a new book from two bookcases in a room with two walls of windows and, access to the hot tub area outside. -Queen Suite: This stylish bedroom features a walkout, queen bed, TV, easy access to the hot tub, and small full bathroom with shower. -Master Bedroom and Bathroom: Sink into a soft king bed and stare out walls of windows staring out at the pond and trees. Grab a book or a mug of coffee and sit in the bay window area as you watch the leaves turn colors or the fish swim in the pond. Full bathroom with large luxury walk in shower with two shower heads. UPSTAIRS -Perfect room for a family or group of friends. This large room has the best views in the house! Main area is a king bed and day bed. Behind the hidden wall is another small room with queen bed. This large luxury bathroom has a soaking tub and walk in shower with two shower heads. DOWNSTAIRS -Large living room with television and reclining sofa and electric fireplace. -Wet bar and mini fridge -Gaming area with Ellen DeGeneres gaming table -Beautiful bay windows that bring the outdoors inside -Walkout to the garden, well, greenhouse, fountain or pond. -Master bedroom with full bathroom that adjoins with the living room. ADDITIONAL SPACES -Private Day Spa!!!! Access our BlackBerry Springs Forest Day Spa at the top of our property via a four seater golf cart provided for you! This spa features an expansive deck with incredible Mountain View’s, loungers, and plenty of room for outdoor yoga or meditation. Swear your worries away in our 6-8 person sauna. Swim against the current or pack in the group in our large 12 foot swim spa. Enjoy a workout or yoga session, or simply meditate and rest in our Geodome. Brave the cold plunges fed by our natural spring water. Let us help arrange massage therapists to complete your spa day! -Large hot tub at the manor house with beautiful pond views. -Pond- Pond can be swam in and has a ladder to climb out. It is also stocked with catfish, blue gill, and bass and guests are welcome to fish as much as they’d like. We provide a paddle boat, fishing poles, inflatables and electric pumps to inflate. -Grilling Area- Weber grill provided for your use. -Authentic Italian Pizza Oven to cook pizzas in 90 seconds or less with outdoor eating area, tables and chairs -Beautiful Barn Backdrop, Fountain, Garden and Eating Area- this is a perfect area to host an outdoor dinner or event. Only 30 mins to Asheville with its amazing food and brewery scene, art galleries, and shopping.
