3 bedroom, 2 bath and Jacuzzi villa The space This villa is located in Costa Paradiso, a residential park on the northwest coast of Sardinia, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub and overlooking the sea. The village houses are stylistically adapted to the peculiar red granite rocks that overlook the landscape. In this area you can find beautiful rocky coves with beach platforms from which it is easy to access the fantastic emerald green sea, and beaches such as Li Cossi and Tinnari, among the most beautiful in the northwest of Sardinia. Villa Assenzia Plant is a well furnished and cozy vacation home, with a terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the typical Mediterranean vegetation. In the villa there is a Jacuzzi where you can relax while taking in the view. The house is equipped with 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 with 2 single beds) plus a sofa bed in the living room. There is also a shed equipped with 1 bedroom with a one and a half bed and a sofa bed. It has 2 bathrooms throughout and can accommodate up to 7 people. The parking lot of the beautiful beach of "Li Cossi" can be reached in 5-7 minutes by car, to get to the beach you must then walk a short scenic road. Li Baietti Bay, very suitable for sunbathing, swimming or snorkeling, is about a 5-minute drive from the villa. Other wonderful beaches, such as Cala Sarraina or Marinedda, located near Costa Paradiso, are easily reachable by car. Other things to note Pets are welcome upon request with an extra cost and upon acceptance, as long as they are not taken up on beds and sofas and that they are taken out of the areas pertaining to the property to meet their needs. Extra services upon request, to be booked up to 2 weeks before arrival: - Linens (sheets and bath towels): - €20.00 per person one-time - Beach towels: €8.00 each, one-time - Pets: €100.00 each one-time - Bed/crib: €50.00 each one-time - High chair: €50.00 each one-time Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., depending on the schedule of our check-in agent, the availability of the villa, and cleaning procedures (so not at 4:00 p.m. sharp). - For check-in from 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm (upon request) there is an additional cost of €30.00. - For check-in from 10:00 pm to 12:00 am (upon request) there is an additional cost of €50.00. - In case of alleged arrivals after 12:00 am, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff and an additional cost up to a maximum of €150 will be applied. WASTE DISPOSAL: Please comply with the rules of separate collection and dispose of waste correctly as per instructions that will be provided to you at check-in, dividing into separate organic, plastic, glass, paper, cans and waste dry bags, and placing in the appropriate bins. At CHECK-OUT, the property must be completely cleared from the residual waste, in the absence of this, you will be withheld a penalty of €250.00. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €500.00 will be withheld by credit card. The amount will be automatically unlocked (depending on the time set by your bank) at the end of the stay.
