Mountain cottage nestled by a river ***

This is a mountain house on the banks of a river 'la Neste du Louron' for enthusiasts of white water, fishing, hiking & biking and skiing. Ideally located at the confluence of the 2 Valleys, whether you are athletic or a walker, you will have a wide choice of hikes and ski resorts. In the heart of the Hautes-Pyrénées, the rental is located 300 m (5 min walk) from the center of Arreau, an authentic mountain village. The space NO EXTRA CHARGE for heating, water and electricity! There is a FREE SECURE WIFI internet connection! The kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, fridge & freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, Malongo Espresso machine, washing machine and dishwasher, vacuum cleaner etc... The spacious living room, with a 120 cm flat screen TV, overlooks a private 100 m2 garden, fully fenced, facing south, with a terrace and garden furniture as well as a charcoal barbecue. The 2000 m2 open access land that runs along the river is also at your disposal, it is closed by a gate. The 3 bedrooms are all equipped with duvet pillows and blankets. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 and 160) and another with 2 twin beds. There is also a travel cot (under 2 years old) LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED! You must bring your sheets and towels (We can also rent them to you on request). You have direct access to your private 100 m2 garden and the entire river that runs along the rental! Guest access You have direct access to your 100 m2 fenced garden. You have a private parking lot (large space for 2 cars) just outside the front door. Other things to note CLEANING IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY! IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE! The cleaning fee is €100 depending on the condition of the premises. * If you do not take the cleaning, the house must be returned AS CLEAN AS WHEN YOU ARRIVED! Only 2 pets are allowed! The price is €50 per pet per week. These fees are to be paid personally at the beginning of your stay. As well as the rental of sheets and towels (upon request).
