This is our brand new designer apartment. The apartment is spacious and bright, the living room welcomes you with carefully selected designer furniture, equipped with a comfortable sofa, HD TV, centre table and dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is open to the living room and has wide space for cooking or preparing breakfast, it is fully equipped with washing machine, oven, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso machine (capsules included) and all cooking utensils and dishes. Iron and ironing board are also available. Wifi, of course, is available, high-speed internet with a router only for the apartment. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people distributed in three bedrooms: 1 exterior bedroom with balcony, 1 double bed and wardrobe.  1 interior bedroom with window, 2 single beds and wardrobe.  1 interior bedroom with window, 1 single bed and wardrobe. Nice and cosy bathroom with marble and mirrors.   The apartment is an ideal starting point for discovering the vibrating Barcelona, be it with your family, friends or colleagues. By taxi, you can get there in less than 30 minutes. You can also take the metro directly from the airport (L9, orange line) till the end of the line in Zona Universitaria, and then change the metro (L3, green line) 3 stops till Les Corts stop, which is located just 100 meters from the apartment. It could take around 1 hour and 15 minutes. If you fly to Girona Airport, then you can take a bus directly from Girona Airport to the centre of Barcelona. All journeys on this route are coordinated with Ryanair arrivals and departures. The bus will leave you at Estació del Nord in Barcelona. From there you can take a taxi to the apartment (faster way, approximately 2 hours) or take the metro L1 (red line) in the stop "Arc de triomf" until "Espanya" and there, change to the L3 (green line) until the stop "Les Corts". All this can take you approximately 3 hours.  It is very IMPORTANT to respect the noise level (loud talk, loud music) during the stay, especially at night after 22:00. Parties and meetings are totally FORBIDDEN. Neighbors might call the POLICE if their rest is disturbed. In case of serious breach of this rule, we reserve the right to CANCEL the contract with immediate effect and without any refund of the amount of the stay or the security deposit. ***Mandatory tourist tax not included in the price (5.50€ x Person x Night) to be paid upon check-in (only applies for the first 7 nights and to those over 16yo).*** ***There is a SECURITY DEPOSIT of 150€ that will be reimbursed within 7 days after check-out if the house rules have been respected during the stay and if there is no damage to the apartment and its furnishings. *** *** All guests are REQUIRED to show their IDENTIFICATION CARD (ID/Passport) upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. *** GUEST WILL RECEIVE A RENTAL AGREEMENT WHICH MUST BE SIGNED UPON ARRIVAL *** ***CHECK-INS FROM 20:00 have an extra cost of 30€ and after 00:00 an extra cost of 50€.*** Bear in mind that the apartment only features AC in the living room.
