In the centre of the room is a huge picture windows and this area features a contemporary leather two seater sofa with upholstered footstool / bench. To the right of the room is the entertainment space which has a large 75 inch flat screen smart TV, two two seater leather sofas and a matching upholstered leather footstool. Amazing sea and bay views are showcased through this area's sliding glass door which also opens out to a Juliet balcony with glass balustrade. Kitchen Amply equipped and open plan with the living room the contemporary kitchen features sleek units and a generous central island, all with granite worktops. A range of large and small appliances are provided which include a fan-assisted electric oven with grill, a glass induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
