Fall for this quaint three bedroom house in the heart of historic downtown Saint Charles. The home is walking distance to the Main street shops and restaurants. With the Casino right around the corner and the river park a few steps away, it’s hard to get bored. The home has just been completely remodeled with modern appliances, while we were able to still keep that old town vibe. Pets are welcome for a small fee, no more that 3 pets per stay. This spacious home has everything. Our space has just gone through an extensive renovation that included granite countertops, sliding barn doors, and a vessel sink. All of these touches provide the luxuries of home while allowing you to embrace this historic neighborhood. The front yard is fully fenced in as well if you decide to bring your furry friend! We do charge a small fee of $50/per pet per stay for them. Both the front and back doors have key pads on them. The pin will be sent to you prior to your arrival around noon on the day of your check in. We have a caretaker that lives close by so please don't hesitate to ask for anything. Come experience historic Main Street St. Charles as people have done for the past 200 years. The neighborhood has a rich history dating Lewis and Clark. The shops and restaurants in the area have fully embraced the significance of the past and will give you a great glimpse into the historic significance of the area. Come take a look for yourself. There are tons of activities in the immediate area from great restaurants to history tours. Make sure to check out all that Main street has to offer. the town has Uber, Lyft and a ton of cabs that are stationed at the casino just a few blocks away. Approximately 900 square feet of living space. Apple TV & fire TV is provided with access to a few apps and the ability to login to others if you have accounts. We welcome cats and dogs. We just ask that they be kept off the furniture. The great area for them to play. Please let us know upon booking, there will be a small $50 per pet per stay. No more than 3 pets per stay.
