The space Our 2-floor home offers a 2 car attached garage, open concept first floor with large kitchen, dining room, family room, bathroom with shower and separate TV room with futon. Downstairs deck has a dining table and chairs looking over grassy yard and just steps away from our community fire pit and pool. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room with large TV and futons. Our upstairs deck provides panoramic views of the St. Joseph River. Guest access Guests will have full, private access to the entire house and property. They will also have access to the community outdoor seasonal pool and hot tub, park, fire pits and grills. Other things to note Pool and hot tub are open Memorial Day to Labor Day With each stay, the following is provided: - a small, welcome amount of coffee and filters - garbage bags - paper towel rolls - toilet paper rolls - dishwasher tablets - liquid vegetable oil, spray, salt and pepper - oven mitts, kitchen towel, sponge and dish soap - vacuum, broom and mop Any other desired items beyond the above are expected to be provided by the guest.
