It is part of a privately owned residential complex with its own private entrance, and lies on the ground floor of a 2-story building. It covers a total area of 115 s.m. and it is set to conveniently accommodate up to 6 guests in spaces that combine functionality with comfort. Sea Shell consists of two connected yet independent housing units. The main house is suitable for 4 guests and it encompasses an open plan kitchen, a spacious living area with a dining table, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The entrance door opens up to a stone tiled veranda with an outdoor dining table, where much of the summer-life takes place. The gust room is adjacent to the main house but has also a separate entrance. It features a room with a sofa bed, suitable for 2 guests, a bathroom and outside a little veranda ideally set for relaxing moments enjoying the vistas. Sea Shell is fully air-conditioned and well equipped with all necessary utensils.
